ACQ Web -- "Online home of the office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology."

Army Environmental Policy Institute -- their mission is "to assist the Army Secretariat in developing forward-looking policies and strategies to address environmental challenges which may have future impacts on the Army."

ArmyLINK News -- includes current public affairs press releases and maintains a searchable historical database of previous releases.

Bonn International Center for Conversion -- "Supports and promotes the process by which people, skills, technology, equipment, financial and economic resources are shifted from the military or the defense sector towards alternative, civilian purposes."

Canadian International Demining Centre -- describes itself as "a humanitarian, not-for-profit, non-governmental organization formed to address the impact of landmines on innocent populations of post-conflict countries worldwide."

Center for Defense Information -- is an "independent monitor of the military, conducting research analyzing military spending, policies and weapons systems."

Central Committee for Conscientious Objectors -- "...supports conscientious objectors and promotes individual and collective resistance to war and preparations for war."

Central Intelligence Agency -- includes press releases, CIA publications such as the World Fact Book, maps, and the Factbook on Intelligence.

Chemical and Biological Arms Control Institute -- refers to itself as a "nonprofit corporation established to promote the goals of arms control and nonproliferation, with a special, although not exclusive focus, on the elimination on the elimination of chemical and biological weapons."

Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program -- includes information on the U.S. Army's Chemical Disposal Program.

Coalition to Reduce Nuclear Dangers -- online from "America's largest arms control organizations, working on issues involving nuclear non-proliferation and ballistic missile defense."

Council for a Livable World -- an organization founded to "combat the menace of nuclear war."

Information Warfare Division -- its mission is to "identify and exploit existing and emerging systems and technologies for integration into information warfare products, and develop and deploy comprehensive information warfare and planning system capabilities for the Department of Defense."

Intelligence Community -- the official site of "a group of 13 government agencies and organizations that carry out the intelligence activities of the U.S. government."

International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War -- a worldwide federation of physicians' organizations dedicated to safeguarding health through the prevention of war.
